At HIGH5, we want you to love your style. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
